These Terms govern your use of RefRadar (“the app”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
RefRadar reads your available and assigned games from your Ref Centre account, notifies you about new games, and can add games to your calendar. RefRadar is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Ref Centre.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access other users’ data, reverse-engineer the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
RefRadar may offer paid subscription features. Pricing and billing terms will be shown before you purchase. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings.
We work to keep RefRadar reliable but provide it “as is.” Game data depends on Ref Centre, which may change or become unavailable. We do not guarantee that every game or notification will be delivered on time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RefRadar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed games or assignments. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the app.
You may stop using RefRadar and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
